1. Acceptance of Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we accept return and exchange requests in accordance with the terms outlined on this page.

2. Allowed Time Period
  • Returns: Within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges: Within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
3. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for review, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The packaging must be intact, unless the request is related to a defect in the packaging.
  • The request must be submitted within the allowed time period.

Each perfume box includes a tester of the same fragrance, allowing customers to try the scent before opening the main package. This helps customers make their decision without needing to open the original packaging.

4. Cases Where Requests May Be Rejected

A return or exchange request may be rejected in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used.
  • If the request is submitted after the allowed period has expired.
  • If the product is not in its original condition or its condition cannot be verified during review.
5. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Customers may request a return or exchange even if they simply change their mind, provided that all approved conditions are met, especially that the product remains unused and the request is made within the specified timeframe.

6. If the Product Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete

The issue must be reported within 3 days from the date of receipt, along with photos or a video clearly showing the problem.

7. Shipping Fees

Sinoure covers shipping fees for return or exchange requests, including cases resulting from a store error. Original shipping fees are also refunded for orders eligible for return or exchange.

8. Refunds

If a return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase within 3 business days from the date of approval. Customers may also choose to receive the refund as store credit to be used for future purchases.
