For the best experience, it is recommended to spray the perfume on pulse points such as the neck and wrists, on clean and moisturized skin.
To maintain the quality of the perfume, it is recommended to store it away from direct heat and sunlight. Applying it to moisturized skin also helps enhance its longevity.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges according to the approved terms stated on the Returns & Exchanges page.
- Returns: Within 3 days from the date of delivery
- Exchanges: Within 14 days from the date of delivery
To accept a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition
- The request must be submitted within the specified period
- The reason for the request must fall under accepted cases, such as a packaging defect or a request made before using the product
A tester of the same fragrance is also provided with every perfume box so customers can try the scent before opening the main package.
If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the issue will be resolved through replacement according to the nature of the problem, provided it is reported within 3 days from the date of delivery, along with photos or a video showing the issue.
Sinoure covers shipping fees for return or exchange cases, including cases resulting from a store error. Original shipping fees are also refunded for eligible orders according to the approved policy.
You can submit a return or exchange request by contacting us through our official channels and providing:

If a return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase within 3 business days from the date of approval. Customers may also choose to receive the refund as store credit to be used for future purchases.
