- Estimated delivery time within Jordan: 48 hours.
- Estimated delivery time outside Jordan: Approximately one week.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping company, destination, operational circumstances, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and clear address when placing an order. Sinoure is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate address information, shipping company issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers may request to modify or cancel an order after confirmation, depending on the order status and processing stage. Sinoure reserves the right to accept or reject modification or cancellation requests depending on the preparation or shipping status of the order.
